Ept Computing is based in Cambridge, at the heart of the “Silicon Fen”, one of Europe's leading high-tech business clusters. Based on the principles of top quality work, fresh thinking, dedicated and pragmatic execution and high integrity, the company is creating excellent value in software projects for a number of clients.
The company was founded in 2007 by Martin Kleppmann, after graduating from the University of Cambridge as top of his year in Computer Science. Ept is a member of the Computer Laboratory's Hall of Fame, alongside companies like Acorn Computers, Sophos, XenSource, RealVNC, Jagex and nCipher.
Peter Cowley is a non-executive member of the board and supports the team with his 30 years of managerial experience in the technology and engineering sectors.
